1. Processing & Handling Times
Since every single piece of jewelry is meticulously hand-assembled and wire-wrapped by artisans, processing times vary based on design complexity:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Dispatched within 5 to 7 business days (the exact timeline will be communicated via email during purchase confirmation).
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or during public holidays.

For international buyers, please note that your country's customs office may levy local import duties, VAT, or custom handling fees upon arrival:
- These local cross-border charges are entirely determined by the recipient country's government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Jewellery by Indiana has no control over these random operational delays or customs check parameters.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
To avoid delivery failures, please double-check your shipping coordinates during checkout:
- We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered incorrectly due to incomplete, typographical, or invalid delivery addresses submitted by the user.
- If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or uncollected status, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to re-ship the item.
