1. Returns & Eligibility

We want you to love your wearable art. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was received within the last 30 calendar days.
  • The jewelry is in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • The item is securely packed in its original luxury product packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of handcrafted gemstone jewelry, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made pieces, personalized designs, or custom resizing requested by the client.
  • Items purchased during final clearances, flash sales, or marked as non-returnable.
  • Products showing visible signs of usage, scratches, or wear and tear caused post-delivery.

Natural Gemstone Characteristics Disclaimer:

Please note that each gemstone is naturally sourced and entirely unique. Minor variations in crystal depths, wire-wrapping loops, flashes (such as in Labradorite or Lapis Lazuli), or organic textures are natural characteristics of handcrafting and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during international transit, we assume complete responsibility. Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take a clear, close-up photograph or a short video of the damaged area.
  • Email the visual proof along with your order number to our dedicated support studio.
  • We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or execute a full refund, covering all associated delivery parameters.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned parcel is safely received and inspected at our artisan studio, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund:

  • Approved refunds are triggered instantly and credited back to your original mode of payment (Stripe, PayPal, or credit cards).
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your banking statement, depending on your international payment provider's timeline.

5. Return Shipping

For standard returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We strongly advise utilizing a traceable, insured shipping courier, as Jewellery by Indiana cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
