2. Handcrafted & Natural Gemstone Products
All our jewelry pieces are meticulously wire-wrapped and hand-assembled by artisans. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following parameters:
- Unique Formations: Since we utilize authentic, naturally sourced gemstones, minor structural variations in crystal texture, flash depth, and loop patterns are normal and celebrated as a signature of handcrafting.
- Color Representation: We strive to showcase highly accurate HD macro imagery. However, final visual perceptions can alter slightly depending on individual browser profiles or mobile resolution screens.
3. Pricing & Secure Payments
We work to ensure all pricing and checkout variables display complete financial clarity:
- We reserve the right to alter pricing matrices at any given time without prior notifications due to raw mineral and copper market shifts.
- All global checkouts are processed through secure, authorized gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, and global cards). We do not save or record raw bank data on our servers.
Intellectual Property Protection Note:
All custom design frameworks, branding guidelines, high-definition digital jewelry photography, visual case modules, and descriptive text content showcased on this platform belong entirely to Jewellery by Indiana and are legally protected under international copyright codes.
4. Order Cancellations & Modification
Because processing queues for ready-to-ship and customized inventory are prioritized quickly, specific timelines exist:
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted strictly within 12 hours of payment execution.
- Bespoke / Custom Designs: Once custom gemstone sourcing or active design fabrication has begun, those elements cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jewellery by Indiana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or structural damages arising post-delivery from improper product handling, exposure to chemical abrasive agents (such as strong perfumes or swimming pools), or external mechanical stress applied to delicate wire art components.
6. Governing Law
These terms and operations are governed by and construed in accordance with the legal frameworks of Rajasthan, India. Any cross-border discrepancies, structural resolution needs, or claims must be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, India.
